Feedback Received Case Summary: One of our children was in a very serious accident involving a fatality. We were referred to Mr. Evershed and his paralegal, Ms. Dickerson, for help by a very prominent attorney. As we had never gone through this before, there were reservations your fee was not standard and was very high. After our initial meeting, the reservation was gone. Over the course of 6 months, Ms. Dickerson kept watch over the potential charges that might be filed through her extensive network. She updated a couple of times along the way. The fear was always very intense not knowing what we were facing. The charge was finally filed after 6.5 months. The judge was very helpful and had 2 hearings early morning and New Year's Eve.
