Zero stars.. this place is a joke. I called to see if I could get an appointment before an event. I was told I couldn't even get one with out paying for something so she could have a team member call me back for an appointment. Well, after two weeks, never heard a word so I called them and told them I just wanted my money back. She told me since I signed the "contract" I can't get a refund until the contract expires in on 6 months. Are you effing kidding me? I am glad I paid the minimum amount and not what she tried to get me to pay.. I have heard nothing good about this place and will be spreading the word to every person I know to never go here. Absolutely ridiculous.. go to Envision, they are super!!
