Here is my review of Nelson Jones Personal Injury Lawyers. I paid your firm $4,962.14 on a personal injury claim. I could have used the money to fix my car or help my son in a crucial time of his life and now that it's the time that I could need the money to fix my car and help my son in this crucial time of his life, I want to remember everything that I have had to deal with on this case, and I have had cases with other law firms before, I have never dealt with being charged in very minute details like what your firm did. I have emails that kept sending in pairs with the same message in the same two minutes one at 10:24 am and the other at 10:26am and charging me $140 for each email. I have been overcharged in this case. I have been charged $200 for a phone call that lasted two minutes. I have been charged over $6000 for work that should have been included in the $4962.14 that I had paid already. I have had emails that are full of mistakes and I have to reply to them correcting work that my lawyer should have done properly. I have had my last $2000 being squeezed out of me to release my demand letter from the firm. I did not understand the need for that to the extent of charging me again for the same thing that we had already discussed. I have a claim of $8000 and the law firm chose to recover $1100 of the demand letter. I am very disappointed with the incompetence and thievery of this firm. Maybe you have had a similar problem or case and you were charged a lot of money for things that should have been included in your last final payment.
