Review collected in partnership with this location. I am 5 years old (I’m in my early 20s now) and I’ve never had any complaints. The few times I’ve had cavities, they were very nice to me. The one time I needed novocaine they were kind and talked me into though it. I’ve never felt like they’ve “made up” cavities or anything, and they explain things enough I know how to recognize a cavity on an xray now!! Review collected in partnership with this location. I had a really good experience at Arlington Dental Center. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The dental assistant was incredibly patient and kind. I was honestly very scared about getting a root canal, but they kept reassuring me and helping me calm down throughout the process. They checked in on me often and made sure I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. There was also a supervisor (or manager) who took the time to clearly explain why I needed a root canal instead of just a filling. They were very patient and made sure I understood what was going on, which helped me feel much more confident about the treatment. I despise going to the dentist but Dr. Reza and his team make it stress-free with easy scheduling, professional services and great music to provide an environment conducive to patient comfort.
