Client Reviews: I contacted them about an insurance denial of service case. They listen to me explain the whole thing and then just hung up the phone on me and sent me a text. You may want to contact a real law firm and not just this giant corporation. I’m sure they’re just trained to do that unless they hear buzz words for an easy case. If your case is complicated at all, they probably don’t have the ability to process it because this is more like an assembly line. This firm is the middleman working out of Florida. When you contact them, they will have some "compassionate" person speak with you while constantly reminding you they are your "family" and then ask you a million questions. They then refer you to a sister lawer in your region. The lawyer doesn't give a damn about you or your injury. They are only interested in one thing: slam dunk cases. If your case requires them to do a little bit of work, they won't take your case. I fell down at work, passed out, numerous fractures in my head, concussion and they still didn't take my case because the neurologist wrote I'm able to do sedentary work lifting no more than 5 lbs while under CONSTANT supervision. If that's the case, we should put a 5 year old to work because they can do sedentary work lifting 5 lbs while under constant supervision. Basically never contact Morgan and Morgan. Currently year 2 in a case, emails ignored for last 3 months at least even though a cheque was sent to them in settlement back in October last year and my cheque is no where to be seen
