If he won't defend paying client for an obvious civil rights violation, It's absurd to think he will properly represent a non paying cliend as a public defender. I went to this meeting with my anxiety out of control because I knew this Lawyer was going to be hateful and short with words and tell us how my Nephew was this terrible, lazy person. But it was such a humbling experience, how he was so emphatic and spoke to him as he was his own child. He told him he wasn't the first to make a mistake, and he needs to look to the future and start saving his money, stay away from alcohol and to save at least 10%of his check each week. Then he told him he wouldn't charge him a dime but he needs to listen to what he had to say. I wish every young adult would have a Lawyer like this, we would have less reoffenders I'm sure. My Nephew was so impressed that this guy even cared about his well being that he talked to his employer today about a 401K to start saving. Thank you Mr. Tuck for all you do for our young adults.
