Mr. Robertson helped out with a student disciplinary proceeding and a criminal case for a student going to Tech. The town's police and prosecutors can be pretty tuff on Tech students, so you should retain someone who knows how to work the system, but charges a reasonable fee. He qualifies on both counts. He was very communicative from the beginning, giving my a time to setup a call with him and discuss my options thoroughly. He then took care of everything after I retained him, got my case moved to a date where he was available, and worked to get me the best possible outcome. After that outcome, he communicated everything to me effectively, and then he even continued to follow up, and let me know my case would be left open until everything is complete, so he can make sure I am on track to minimize the impact of my ticket. He rushed me off the phone and told me to email him. His email says he is on vacation and he will not be able to respond for 2 weeks. After 3 total weeks, I have still received no response, not via email nor a call back. No efforts at all. I waited over a month. Poor Customer Service! At the time of him helping me, I was a student at university. I was facing false charges and violations with University Conduct Review. Without Mr. Robertson I wouldn’t have been able to continue my education and also, I wouldn’t have survived a moment in the Conduct Review hearings. Mr. Robertson was extremely knowledgeable about all the things I was facing. He gave me great advice and counsel about everything as well. He even referenced me to an expert doctor to help with my case. Going into the hearings, I was extremely prepared. He helped me practice potential questions I would be asked, and helped me revise oral statements. He guided me to refine them precisely and it allowed me to defend myself in the best manner I could’ve. Both my trials were successful and in my favor. If I had to go through the whole thing again, I 100 percent would want Mr. Robertson by my side again. I would recommend him to my family and closest friends too.
