Feedback Summary 1. I hired Howard Birmiel for a civil case and paid approximately $30,000 in legal fees. We won the case, but the judgment was never collected as the papers were not properly served. We later had to reopen the case, and so I was left having spent $30,000 with no recovery. This was extremely frustrating and financially damaging. Winning a case means very little if the procedural steps are handled incorrectly. I would not hire this attorney again. 2. Very nice office. Willing to work with you. Experience, trust and knowledge: That’s what you will find in this office. 3. The very best you will find. I give him 10 stars..With compassion he listened to my over whelming problem and went right to work in solving it...Within hours I had a progressive report and the next day my problem which he lovely said our problem was resolved..I feel so blessed to have found this wonderful man 4. As far as law firms go this company gives lawyers and law firms a very bad wrap. In the course of over a year I have reached out to the firm to resolve an error on a property deed and I have constantly gotten no email response. When I do call the office I get the run around answer of “we plan on looking into it” , “ I have your file on my table “ and yet completely no resolution. This has been going on for over a year. The firm is highly unprofessional so I decided to use another lawyer. Would not recommend this firm 5. Mr. Birmiel is the embodiment of old school. That means he is thorough, insightful and not reluctant to 'go for the throat' in crucial negotiations. His attention to details and deep experience saved me from a potential disaster when I sold my business. My only regret is not knowing of him earlier in my business career. Top notch legal talent is hard to come by. Use Howard Birmiel and you will get the utmost in quality representation. I've had my share of lawyers in my life, none of whom compare to Howard. 6.
