My cases have been languishing with no prioritization. There have been many delays and excuses (like staffing/scheduling issues, FedEx, etc), they only respond when I reach out. And whenever I talk to Mr. Kendall, he says 'that's the paralegals, not me.' And now that I've signed everything, FedEx is the problem for the delay, (even though they supposedly verified it on their end). I called this morning about updated tracking. My check is not even scanned, and I got a call and text last night that FedEx was picking up today. Elizabeth and Tracy are great, but ... shop around and research before deciding to go with Kendall Law Firm. They unnecessarily made an already potentially stressful situation more stressful. 8.
