The foster child's brother is in jail for murder. Mother has multiple felony charges possibly going back to jail. A rigged trial. But she is looking out for the best interest of children. REALLY? I was appointed Anthony Martin as a lawyer for my family law case. I definitely would not recommend him. He not only didn’t show up to the initial court date where I was appointed him, but routinely he wouldn’t return my calls, and any important details that I needed to know he would tell my Guarduan Ad Litem, but he would not tell me. He wouldn’t listen to any details that I had about my case when I initially spoke to him and met up with him, and threw out the whole case wouldn’t even listen to me and routinely dismissed me. The man is not only extremely corrupt, but I am beyond positive that he did it for money, and try to take an advantage of the fact that he was appointed to my case. The man literally not only ruined my life, but the health of my child is in beyond extreme danger, and he’s not going to make it past three years old. He knows a lot about the judicial system that not a lot of people know, or even utilize, and he works in a different way than other people, but beware. Beware very extremely so.4. After being in court with her several times, I could see she is respected by her fellow attorneys and the judges within the Charlottesville Court System, which is a huge advantage for her clients. Being involved in a custody dispute is highly stressful and frightening. Samantha is calm and knowledgeable, along with being methodical and detail oriented.
