Adhesions will be gently broken down in each session to help with inflammation, pain, and movement restriction. Deep-tissue works on the muscles, fascia, tendons, and other tissues to alleviate muscle stiffness, pain, and inflammation while enhancing blood flow. The session restores normal muscle tone by breaking down adhesions and scar tissue, as well as relaxing the muscles. A deep tissue massage at our facility will leave you feeling better than ever before.
