Daniel Medley & Kirby (Brent Gammons) were very professional, understood the case well and had very deep knowledge on civil litigation. Highly recommend 4. Do not use these guys. They are awful, you're only a number not a name. They are really rude especially Brent Gammons. I highly suggest going elsewhere to look. 5. Katerina Holland is my lawyer and she is legendary. Pineapple express even 6. I don’t see the point in using “Pete” anymore, way over the top money. “Pete” is a fairly new lawyer too, which is bull. He’s a very personable person. He missed something VERY significant in my contract that could have avoided me even going to court that the Judge had to point out to him in court after I’d mentioned it as well, that’s a huge no no to charge me full price. The case got dismissed in court which could have been avoided from the very beginning if I would have had an experienced lawyer truly working my case. It also stated in my contract that the defendant would pay legal fees if I won, and with a dismissal that didn’t qualify for the defendant to pay leaving me with the bill. HIGHLY disappointed with his services. He was very personable, and very nice but highly unprofessional and not knowledgeable at all 7. Daniel Medley & Kirby (Brent Gammon) represented our family this year as we worked to protect our incapacitated father from someone wishing to take advantage of his impairment. Brent was responsive, calm, and efficient in his representation. His thorough command of the law enabled him to navigate our family through this crisis and his primary goal was to assist us, not to run up billable hours. If we ever need services again he will be the one we call. 8. Helpful folks!
