ALLOCCO WAS PROBABLY THE MOST UNIMPRESSIVE LAWYER I HAVE EVER MET. I WAS TOLD TO FIRE HER BY MANY. AFTER ALMOST 3 YEARS, SHE PRESENTED NO CASE FOR MY DEFENSE. EVEN THOUGH SHE HAD PILES OF DOCUMENTS IN MY FAVOR, SHE NEVER BROUGHT ANY DEFENSE TO THE JUDGE. EVEN THE JUDGE TOLD ME HE WISHED SHE HAD BROUGHT THOSE UP. HER ANSWER WAS, "I THOUGHT YOU JUST WANTED THIS OVER!". SHE CHARGED $100.00 AN HOUR FOR SENIOR PARALEGAL (THOUGH SHE WAS ONLY A SECRETARY). SHE CHARGES $350.00 AN HOUR FOR A CONTESTED DIVORCE. NEVER CONTESTED ANYTHING. I LOST EVERY CONSIDERABLE ASSET ACQUIRED DURING OUR 11YEAR MARRIAGE . DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON HER. Good people, very helpful I had a very disappointing experience with this attorney, who has been representing my stepfather, Jaycett Fitzgerald. Throughout the case, Mr. Fitzgerald has been dishonest, and I believe the attorney has either ignored or failed to properly investigate this. There is documented evidence, including texts and recordings, that contradicts claims made in the case. In my view, this lawyer is helping to support a narrative that is not only false but also damaging to my mother, who has been unfairly targeted. The entire situation appears to have been motivated by longstanding personal animosity from Mr. Fitzgerald's family, particularly his mother, Georgia Wiles. If you are considering working with this attorney or continuing with this case, I urge you to proceed with caution. I am prepared to present evidence that may significantly change the perspective of this case. Never been there Wonderfully tenacious advocate of her client’s’ interests! Our experience was one of a neglectful, uninterested office. Once consultation fee and 1st part of a 3 part process was paid we were told her caseload was simply too much at this time and she did not feel capable of moving forward. Steer clear of this unethical officer of the court who shared discovery only to argue against her own discovery in court. She is very prompt and approachable !
