I live in a two-household living arrangement, and this office does not respect this arrangement. They only side with one parent. I had a disagreement after the office started my child's ortho treatment without my consent. My child and I were seen for a visit to discuss treatment options, and to keep me informed, but ortho and staff neglected to keep me informed and took it upon themselves to start treatment. They said they would send paperwork to be completed to start treatment but started before they had any authorization. Ortho never apologized for his or his staffs actions. The ortho said that 'we can't monitor each household, it's unrealistic' but I would have hopes they would respect a two-household arrangement during the visit with my child and when discussing treatment options. I would not recommend this practice if you want to be part of the decision making process. The ortho will say what you want to hear but will do the complete opposite given the opportunity. It was completely unacceptable as the legal guardian to my child. Shameful!2. Top notch Doctors and staff. I have both my kids go there for their teeth and braces . Can't say enough about Doctor Masoud. My son needed more rubber bands and Wax for his braces , doctor masoud met with us on Saturday outside clinic hours to accommodate us. My son is a patient of Dr. Berman, and we’re very happy with his care. He is highly experienced, professional, and detail-oriented. After transferring mid-treatment from another office, Dr. Berman helped recover lost time with additional treatment. His staff is also kind and welcoming. We highly recommend him.5.
