Customer Feedback Summary: Three years ago, I visited the Tysons location when they were still open. I had one of their same-day crowns, and they tried to charge me nearly $1000 but even when I got my dental plan to make them reduce it, they said the crown would last for a decade or more, but it is less than three years. However, it did not last long. I can’t even remember the name of the dentist, and I can only say that he was mediocre. He was shaving a lot of the good enamel from my tooth, but I could be biased. I would recommend that you do not let them talk you into getting their same-day crowns. They are not high-quality and were overcharged... Update: I went to another dentists office to get my broken crown looked at, and he told me the material they use for same day crowns is like glass, so it’s more fragile. Explains why mine lasted less than 3 years. Save yourself the heartache. Dr Jaewoong Jang at this dentist office is the best in the business!! One shot, I was numb which always stresses me out, so it was nice to not have to worry there. Highly recommended!!! This was my frist time at the dentist in a long time! No judgment just information and high tech care. Dr. Ribeiro was kind and very helpful! Highly recommend! 15/10. Liya & DJ are the best! Also kudos to the wonderful staff Josh Jahaira and Diana, they are all very nice and at the same time professional in dealing with their client. Today, they squeezed me in to help me with a painful tooth. I specifically told them the pain was annoying but not an emergency, but they put me in anyway—super kind staff and dentists who listen and help. My dentist there has supported my efforts to take a more conservative approach with a specific issue and always prioritizes function and health over cosmetic procedures that aren't necessary (for me- I understand others would consider them vital for many reasons). Clean office with great equipment. Thank you! The whole office made what would have been a stressful visit feel easy and positive. Highly recommend! New management is a yikes, also don’t recommend in house procedures. Oral surgeon was a bit cantankerous. All in all just does not seem like they are a patient forward team, looking to upsell and upcharge at any chance. The techs are nice, dentists can be curt, and management is focused on $$. Overall patient care does not seem to be a priority, Hentii is so amazing. I did deep cleaning with him last Friday it was a great experience. He is very professional, knowledgeable and with high skills. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Ribeiro and his team. I had an old filling fall out, and i had an emergency visit. They were able to get me in the very next day, and were very accommodating. The appointment itself was also impressive.
