Let me start by saying that this woman, MICHELLE RIFICI, saved my life!!! She’s hands down the best attorney on google’s list and although I haven’t had experience with every attorney, I will say that she was my 2nd attorney and that my first choice was as the very first attorney that Google lists. Coincidentally, that attorney had a a higher rating then Michelle but gave me less results. I believe any and everyone seeking a criminal defense attorney in northern Virginia should be trying to hire MIchelle. She has a great personality, she’s very relatable, she works hard and diligently, exceptional level of empathy and compassion, affordable, and most importantly, she’s passionate about your case!!!! Unlike my first choice, Michelle took the time to review all of our evidence, and got results!! I can’t emphasize enough that if she isn’t your first choice, you chose the wrong attorney! I hired Attorney Michele Rifici for my court case which was a difficult court case .She was very reasonable price to represent me in my difficult court case.She took her time and went thru several different court days and fought my court case instead of just taking my money and convince me to take a plea. She respected the fact that I wanted to prove I was no guilty and help me to go thru trial to be found not guilty. She really cares about the people she represents and she will help you through any difficult court case and work hard to help you get the best outcome in your court case, thank you for everything Michelle your the best!!!11. I have been threw the court system more times then I can count and have hired all the big hitters names in this area and none of them come close to Michelle your not just another file on her desk or a deposit in her account she cares about the outcome of her cases. We nicknamed her "boots on the ground" because within days of me hiring her she was at the place I got my charge investigating the situation herself, I can't say enough good things about her, thanks for everything Michelle your the best!!!12. I don’t feel like my brothers case was represented well… a lot of unanswered questions and a lot of all over the place for such a serious case. I wouldn’t recommend for hiring for big cases with serious charges that hold alot of time... we never got to witness her go hard in the court room like the rest of the reviews say.13. You will not find another lawyer so committed to ensuring the best possible outcome of your case. "Above and beyond" must be her middle name, as she doesn't seem to know how else to perform. She is understanding, non-judgemental, and kind, on top of her workhorse work ethic, intelligence, and commitment to her clients' future and well-being from start to finish and beyond. I cannot say enough good things about her, and am eternally grateful for the support she provided to my family member, as well as the rest of our family, while going through a very tough time.
