FedEx Office Print & Ship Center Feedback: - Negative: Refuses to ship packages for a business account. Two young females do not want to work, with one sitting on a chair on the phone and the other talking on the counter. - Negative: Staff closes early and does not allow last-minute shipments. The person on the shift of Saturday, August 16, locked the door 45 minutes early, saying that the staff had to leave. The client arrived on time after a 45 minutes drive, and the staff should not have closed early. - Positive: Staff is very helpful. - Positive: Noah at the Ashland location provided support, was patient, and exhibited professionalism. - Grover A. - Negative: The location treated me with a rude and superior attitude. I regret not choosing the UPS store across the street. - Nicole B. - Positive: The staff completed a task as requested, which indicated professionalism. I mostly use UPS, but I chose this FedEx location for a change to send a package. It was almost as expensive as the post office, and there was more assured delivery. - Alice - Negative: Poor customer service, including rudeness and lack of empathy. I expected a better experience from the staff as I was the only customer in the store. I visited FedEx to address a customer service inquiry about my package. Malik had a poor attitude and was not keen on helping me. He said he could not assist me because he did not know where the other staff was. He later came to tell me that the other staff was on the phone, but he didn’t call her to come and help me. She was also rude to me, saying that I had to pay for my package, yet customer service had told me it could be resent free of charge. She did not offer an apology or a smile, which made me leave the store.
