Kevin gave excellent advice, explained everything in detail, and helped me understand all I needed. This was extra important following a very bad experience at a nearby branch of the same brand, treated rudely and even had the phone hung up on me. Indeed, it all comes down to the people!5. Bad customer service, not what I asked them for to produce. Not coming back!6. They are Awesome! I needed programs for my father's funeral. They were patient with me because I had many changes.
