He worked as a sales rep at Sprint and was promoted to a manager before deciding to use his entrepreneurial skills. Unequivocally rave review after hiring Hampton's for our move from Tucson to Southern Cal. Truly exceptional service from our first contact on. Let me count the ways:
1. Great communications throughout. Kevin and Melissa were always available and willing to explain every step and every charge.
2. Excellent, honest price for full service. Not quite the lowest, but they inspired confidence that all would go well ... and it did!
3. Flexibility. We had to adjust our schedule twice, but they were unfazed and worked with us to find good dates.
4. Great crew, headed up by Brendan. Friendly, articulate, super-careful packing our belongings. Oh ... and on time! We heard stories about lots of breakage with other movers, but not with these guys.
5. Delivery was a breeze. Everything was treated with care and carefully placed in the designated rooms.
6. Never-ending improvement is a great business model. We provided feedback with a few suggestions for making the customer's life a little easier, and learned later on that Kevin had actually adopted them and trained all of his employees.
In summary, if you are able to book them for your move, just do it. You will not have any regrets. We sure don't!
