Very unprofessional, I have never dealt with a cleaning service that didn't want to clean??? They started over and hour late and they did not stay within the 4 hour allotted time. I had used the service twice before they did pretty good work. Usually 1 pro came in and the cost would be about $150. This time the service was $350 I asked them to clean my fridge, oven, and 1.5 bathrooms. They did not clean the top of my fridge, the bottom of the oven and the floors in once of my bathrooms was not even cleaned. I was so frustrated with the fact that I had to talk to a manager who actually was nice. I advised her that they have 3 pros who are complaining about the work they had to do in my place. Never will I ever use the service again. I do not recommend this service at all.
