The Tyson Legal Team, PLC Customer Reviews: This is the most disappointing experience I've had in a long time dealing with Ms. Tyson. She failed terribly in communication since the first day. I left many messages, and my calls went unanswered; despite the messages and calls going through, Ms. Tyson would call me back as if she's meeting me for the first time and would always say, "let me take your number and I will call you right back." To my surprise, she never called back, and it took me weeks/months when I could hear something. I was never given critical information that was essential to my case. Surprisingly, the paralegal, who I later discovered does not work there, was much knowledgeable and attentive than Ms. Tyson herself. This negligence caused me a lot because just two days before my court date, I had to look for another lawyer. For all these, I incurred extra expenses and unnecessary stress. The lack of attention and professionalism in handling my case is evident that Ms. Tyson is not a lawyer to recommend to anyone looking for competent legal representation. She seemed clueless and lost. First day of court she was late, Second appearance of court 1 hour and 15 mins late. I called and left messages and it took forever for her to call back. I went to her office and reception guy acts as if he didn’t know why she haven’t called back and stated he will let her know. What took the cake for me was, when she finally calls back to discuss why she no longer will take the case, I actually heard her receptionist coaching her what to say in background. I’m disgusted! Took my money and no good outcome! Very unprofessional! God bless them people, because the route they going, businesses like that usually go to shreds. Then, had the audacity to tell me, I’m gone pray for you! I’m gone pray for your establishment to, because y’all need it to in that office.
