Customer Feedback
I strongly recommend second opinions and finding lawyers with more professionalism, preparedness, and commitment before hiring this law firm. I found my experience highly disappointing. I spent more than $12,000 due to the non-complex nature of the case, expecting strong legal representation and active support. However, on the hearing day, I observed that the lawyers were unprepared and put in minimal effort toward my defense. I noted some moments of inattentiveness during the court proceedings, leaving me with the impression that my case was not a priority. After the hearing, our communication mainly focused on demanding payment and enforcing the judgment instead of being constructive or supportive. People pay significant fees for legal representation to get a strategy, professionalism, and strength, but I did not experience these. The law firm handled my case poorly, and I cannot recommend it.
I can recommend this law firm. Grant Penrod started representing me about a year and a half ago when I started my divorce. He was honest and realistic from the beginning with me; he told me what to expect. He gave me options I didn't know I had, and he explained them very well. He was straightforward with the thought well with the things that worked and the things that I would be giving up. We went to court several times, and every time I felt good and confident about our case. As of this week, I am officially divorced. Thank you. Praise God and God bless you all.
