On the call, she said that somebody would get back to me for the consultation. I got a canned email two days later saying they couldn't help because I live in West Virginia, but I live down the street from them in NoVA. So, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked them to reconsider by including my information again (in case Marcela had mixed that up, too). No response. A perfect review for them? Hardly.
