I want to express my disappointment in the service I received. I talked with Caskie & Frost about my property rights on a shared private road with no recorded road association. They said they could advise me of my rights. I met with them and provided the documentation in August, and they said it would be finished in September 2025. I've called and left messages, emailed, and sent request information from their portal. They are what we all fear about lawyers, no trust. Previous reviews show several examples of no contact after consultation. Very disappointed with my experience. 3. Had a problem with a staff member. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional—I’m genuinely unsure how someone with that attitude is representing the business. On top of that, I never received the resolution I paid for regarding my case. I regret reaching out in the first place and won’t be calling again. 4.
