Client Testimonials: Case 1 I had a traffic ticket that was appealed. My lawyer explained to me that the officer had no interest in the appeal and was also transferring to another part of the state. Since the prosecutor did not want to drop the charges that had no constitutional merit, it would be in my best interest for the appealing. She didn’t say there would be additional fees to appeal, so I sent her my appeal letter, and she said she would submit it. Which she did because she was on the docket as my attorney. Few weeks later I received an email that my attorney was leaving PB and another attorney would be in contact. Needless to say, no one contacted me or showed up to court (waived my appearance) and when I called to follow up with the event because I received a notice of a fine. I was told I didn’t have representation, they don’t know what the previous attorney did or didn’t do, but acknowledge they failed to represent me. They offered a refund which I accepted because they would not pursue my rights in which the constitution provides me as a citizen and said it was unlikely that the judge would reopen the case because they failed to appear. Honestly whoever I spoke to last, really didn’t seem interested or sympathetic to me as a client or potential client, so I DO NOT recommend this agency. In addition to failing to represent me and my best interests. Case 2 I do not recommend this firm the lawyer I had was irresponsible and did not care about our case. I tried numerous times to contact her and was never able to reach her. She was careless and due to her negligence our case was never closed. It was left as if my husband wasn’t worth the fight. Not only that!!! due to communication on top of that he ended up getting another charge that basically cost him his future. So now…not only did his case not close but my husband was taken from me. All I know you can’t trust just any lawyer because some just don’t care. Claudio G: Very welcoming, transparent, and straightforward. Looking forward to working with the team.
