Feedback Review: 1. Drained more money from me and caused further damage. The WORST law group for bankruptcy! I’ve had a very awful experience with this law group throughout my bankruptcy process. Scott wasted my time, didnt give me needed information, didn't give statements, proper notice of changes, didn't pay attention to information I need to be aware of, and now I am even more in debt and in more hardship. When I asked him how it happened or why I wasn't informed, he claims he doesn't know and refers me to speak to the debtors who cant speak to me because they can only legally speak to or provide info to the attorney. Then Scott claims he didn't receive statement's or information. When I let him know I needed to talk to him, he responds via email and doesn't call me. When I call the law group to escalate over him, they tell me they can't but I can speak to him. DONT USE THIS LAW GROUP as they cause clients to be more in debt, they don't care about your finances or getting back up on your feet. There is no value or good result to using this firm. Scotts paralegal even stated he's used to people who are more hands off .... interpretation: he does the least amount of work possible and takes your money. When I did complain to him about not being detailed or ethically providing me the information and resources he is required to and is needed, he petitioned to drop from the case. I had a 30-45 min consult with another lawyer after he said he was positioning to drop my case, who I received more information and knowledge from than I have the 2 years with Scott. Scott claims to be experienced and knowledgeable, but he's not. FYI getting a new lawyer will cost you more money, and probably at an hourly rate instead of the flat fee one lawyer managing your case would be. With him dropping clients who speak up about his failure to support them, he's putting people in a worse position if anything comes up during the bankruptcy that a lawyer is needed for, and again costing even more money.2. TIFFANY HICKERSON IS THE DAMN TRUTH! When I say I won my assault and battery case! GOD KNOWS SHE’S the BEST!! I HAVE HER NUMBER ON SPEED DIAL! I LOVE YOU TIFFANY! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐3. Mr. Dick Boatwright at The Manassas Law Group completed my estate planning documents in a most efficient way. He and his assistant Teresa Walker were always available to answer any questions on the phone or meet with me within a short period of time. My family also hopes to use them in the future.4. Had traffic court in Manassas. These guys made the process super easy and were very informative. Overall 10/10, I’d use them again if I needed to. Here’s to hoping I don’t !5. I have been using The Manassas Law Group for a couple years now for my business and recently for a guardianship transfer case. Kevin Fernandez was a pleasure to work with and answered all our questions and guided us through the court process as well a represented us at court. I would definitely recommend this firm and will be using again in the future.6. They were my first and only choice. I called their number since they offered a free consultation. It was my first case, I was extremely nervous, yet the receptionist (Sean) and the attorney I was assigned to (Tiffany) were very reassuring and kind to me. They offered me very precise and quick instructions on what I should do before the Court date. They responded awfully quick as well, they’d usually get back to you in 48 hours. Tiffany was super kind and reassured me that everything would go smoothly and it did! She called me the day before the court date to explain to me how it would basically play out. All in all a very smooth process with them!7. I used Scott Newton as my attorney. He made the process so easy during a complex transition from another attorney. He’s well experienced with the the court software that merges the information and filled all my paperwork within minutes of getting it. Scott is a great problem solver and communicator. It was a successful case and I was extremely happy with his service.8. The Manassas Law Group is truly one of the best legal teams I’ve ever worked with. I cannot recommend Scott Newton highly enough for any civil matter. He helped resolve—and ultimately have dismissed a situation that could have been devastating for me and my family, despite it being no fault of my own. He is outstanding and one of the best litigators around. From the very first phone call, the process was smooth and stress‑free. My intake was quick and easy, and I was able to meet with Scott face‑to‑face the very next day before deciding to retain him. Looking back, hiring him was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Throughout my case, Kevin Fernandez also worked closely with me. He is an outstanding litigator. Together, Scott and Kevin made sure I felt prepared, informed, and calm every step of the way. They are exceptional at what they do, and I am deeply grateful for everything they’ve done for me.9. I had an extremely positive experience working with Kevin Fernandez of Manassas Law Group, PC. I was dealing with one tough tenant who refused to move out after receiving the proper one month notice. He was in my property for five months without paying rent, brought in two more people without my permission, completely violating the agreement. Kevin handled the situation expertly from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, responsive and very clear about the process and my options. Having him handle the case gave me a peace of mind during what was otherwise a very stressful situation. He took the case to court and represented me exceptionally well. The judge ruled in my favor and ordered the tenant to pay what he owed. I truly appreciate Kevin’s professionalism and effectiveness. If you are a landlord dealing with tenant issues or need strong legal representation, I highly recommend Kevin Fernandez and Manassas Law Group, PC.10. Extremely professional and communicative!! Handled my traffic case and put all my worries to rest. Would highly recommend, especially if you’re a CDL holder….. I definitely recommend this Law Firm! Extremely responsive, professional and they treated our family as humans and not just a case file!12. Scott Newton handled several of my cases and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend him and his staff for their professionalism, integrity, and dedication to their clients. Extremely disappointed. Dick Boatwright became unprofessional and angry at me editing a "design draft" for creation of Trust. Instead of Dick communicating with us he chose to have his legal assistant email us saying Dick can't help. Long story short is we paid $400 to Dick for a 30 minute consultation and 3 page "design draft." Dick only explained his temper tantrum after I contacted him for explanation. He refused to call me after I'd requested a phone call. He kept the $400 and told me "to find another attorney" via email. I expected more from a professional.14. I had a great experience with this firm. The attorneys were professional, responsive, and took the time to clearly explain everything throughout the process. I felt well represented and supported from start to finish. On top of that, their services were very affordable compared to others I considered. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality legal representation at a fair price.15. We recently relied on the Manassas Law Group--and more specifically attorney Richard Boatwright--to handle our estate planning. I felt that our specific needs and concerns were well vetted. He and his team offered excellent communication and patience throughout the process, explaining details in easy to understand terms when necessary.
