Customer reviews: The objective of leaving my feedback is to make sure I can be the part of someone else being informed and knowledgeable. I initially went to Eldad because one of my friends recommended his services. That becomes a complex experience that was very far from my expectation. My case was tax-based, and I needed his help, which I trusted. Based on my experience, the help I received ended up giving me extra costs and fines, which was very frustrating. Additionally, communication became a challenge, mainly when I needed help when it was tax season and my issues had come up, and getting his responses was very hard, which added more stress to my issues. I was also shocked when the final bill was higher than what we had agreed on. I had to argue back when I realized that, and all that correction process wasted my time and added more stress when I was already more stressed. All the same, based on my journey, I would not use his services again, and I believe someone else should be aware of all these before making their own choices. I had trust in him for the help and advice. In my opinion, the advice I got ended up creating some extra costs for me that involved penalties, which was very frustrating. Communication, especially during the time when I needed him most, added a lot of challenges. Tax season was so close, I had a lot of issues that needed quick responses, but it was very hard to get timely help from him, which added a lot of stress to my plans. However, I was surprised when the final bill turned out to be higher than what we had discussed. I had to push back when I noted that, and it was corrected. This added some more stress to my already stressful situation because I wasted a lot of time that I could have used to attend to other things. Given this, I would not want to use his services again, and I believe someone else should know my experience before they make their own choices.
