Their prompt responses, clear guidance, and steady professionalism helped put me at ease when I needed it most. Attorney Allen’s representation was exceptional; he not only handled the legal complexities with confidence and skill, but he also made sure I understood every step of the process. The lady that was supposed to represent me was rude and slow to answer emails, talked down to you, would not call the witness that I requested being called and did not talk to me before the trial to let me know this. I had someone that I paid to be there that had to take the afternoon from work to testify as an expert witness to be cut by the rudest and most unprofessional lady I have ever met. I would never refer this law firm to anyone, as a matter of fact, I plan to make a complaint to the VA BAR about overcharging. This was the most disgusting experience of my life as an adult.6.
