Review: 2 years ago an old lady didn't see me coming and turned left on her car on my motorcycle. I was pronounced dead many times, and I was in ICU for over a month. My recovery was slow and arduous, but she/they stuck with me like I was family. I had attended several motorcycle crash prevention and insurance planning seminars hosted by this law firm, so when I came out of my coma and my child reached out to them, I was somewhat familiar with them. I cannot say enough good about her. I am a retired engineer and if it wasn't written on my planner pad, it gets lost. I just couldn't recall a thing. Between my wife and the motorcycle law's legal team, everything was taken care of, and despite my emotionally wrecked state, I was never once questioned by them. The adage "delay, deny and defend" began to truly mean something to me. In fairness to her insurance company, they had no option but to use up the two years they had to file suit in. I had many surgeries and extensive therapy during most of those two years. However, the firm was monitoring what I was doing and gathering my medical records and bills. I admit, the firm was relentless in receiving my records; Rachelle did an excellent job of correlating records, documenting codes, and submitting timely reports to the insurance company. They expected the file would sit on an adjuster's desk somewhere and age. The firm is a different type of law firm; I suspect they knew they'd been beaten before ever stepping into a court room. But in addition to their professional expertise, along the way they've become amazing friends. What personable folks and caring people I found in this office. Thank you Tom McGrath.
