Reviews Summary

Reviews overwhelmingly suggest the dermatology practice gives the patient a good experience. A significant takeaway is the professionalism and courtesy of the receptionists and other staff. They arrange best appointments for clients due to their strategic scheduling and commitment to professionalism. The team's demand is insatiable, which is reasonable, given the high number of patients who visit daily, causing understaffing concerns. Even so, their persistence and patience is great and doesn't affect their client focus. The dermatologists are also good at what they do, especially Dr. Enos and Dr. Prodanovic. Both doctors showed real expertise in dermatology and provided an overall patient experience, more than medications and routine appointments. Communication strength of doctors and staff are positively appraised. They are praised for understanding their obligations and ensuring they are in touch with their patients. All mentioned feelings show this practice as a worthwhile treatment. Long-term experience. Wait and see whether the front desk becomes a significant hurdle. Many users have had an appointment-oriented conversation because they had missed somewhere in the reviews. The purpose of the results will exist after taking my time. Am I mistaking, or is the result that Dr. Enos and the team have prompted the appointment of an appointment user? It becomes tough to find staff and appointments. There may be some inconvenience, but the experience goes a long way for the customers, and everyone. The reviews point to average patient experience in a supported practice. The focus is on customer service and treatment outcomes, and practice's real-world challenges do not determine the patient. They need to prioritize and help with the practice and proceed in their early stages of their appointment.

I made an appointment to have some skin tags removed. It took 2 months to get an appointment just to be told by (Dr.?) Rua Jasim that I needed skin tags removed. It cost me $40 co-pay for her to tell me what I already knew. Instead of scheduling the original appointment for the issue to be resolved they conned me out of $40. Then (Dr.?) Jasim lied about a waiting list that does not exists. When I asked her about it, she said Sorry and walked off. Jasim told me the follow up to have my skin tags removed was $200. The receptionist said it was $235. Jasim was rude, curt and unhelpful. She said she would freeze 3 skin tags for me right then. According to the actual Dr. at another practice I went to, all she accomplished was giving me frostbite like burns on my skin. This place is a horror, and Rua Jasim is an entitled, liar with no bedside manner. EDIT: Now after I already paid the co-pay at the time of the office visit, I get a bill in the mail stating I owe another office co-pay because we discussed more than one topic at the office visit. I reported them for wire fraud to the FTC.
