Before Ms Foti's firm, work My efforts to get my VA benefits were in limbo for 4 years. All the requests and applications I made were never replied to nor updated. But when I turned my case to this firm, it was promptly picked up by Ms Foti, and it was not long before she began work on it. Mr. Danehey, his team (more recently Cassandra), and the firm were always easy to reach and quick to reply. Danehey provided great insight into what to expect without giving false hope. The entire claim process ended up taking much longer than any of us expected, all of which was the VA's fault. Mr. Danehey was positive and hopeful without giving unrealistic hope. I would 100% recommend and use again if the time comes. Denise was great every time I called into the office. I always had the information I needed, but also the comfort to ask for more if needed. Cassandra was assigned to help me after Mr. Danehey left the firm, and she was just as wonderful and helped me get to my final rating. It was disappointing that he left the firm pretty much as soon as my claim was finished, but he still took the time out of his day to call me and give me the news rather than just an email or voicemail.
