Yesterday I called them saying that I had a scheduled phone call for today, but I didn't receive any call, and someone told me that they would call later during the day because they were in court. I waited for their call the whole day, even in the afternoon, but no one called me. Today, 06/18/25, I called them again, but no one is answering the phone. If they behave like this when scheduling an appointment, I don't want to imagine how they will be when handling my case. 5.
