Do yourself a favor and hire a different lawyer if he is court appointed dismiss him and ask for someone else.4. He got my approval 5. Very poor experience. They never communicated with me after I hired them for my case. They never responded to my emails, they went to court with- out my drivers record and loss the case, and once I contacted them the secretary promised to get the case re-opened because they literally dropped the ball by not showing the judge that I had a clean drivers record. I never heard back from them. I do not recommend to hire this attorney.6. I found my niece in a criminal court case, and they completely neutralized the situation. I would like to say I found them to be exceptionally professional, reliable, and caring and they followed up with us afterwards to make sure we got all our court disposition and documents promptly and hassle-free. They are the best7. Great Lawyers. I had an accident involving a commercial vehicle, the case was June 7, 2023. The lawyer gotbme a not guilty decision8. I have used Mr. Livingston on 4 separate occasions for my son. The last time today. I will forever hire Mr. Livingston for any case that he can represent. He is a caring person and he knows how to handle his cases. My son was charged with reckless driving alcohol related and he entered a not guilty plea and my son walked out the courtroom not guilty! Anyone who has had bad outcomes it's not his fault. Sometimes you just can't get past a bad driving record or a criminal past. He can't produce miracles. Well, I had a hard time I did not know about speeding and I was gonna have a misdemeanor charge for a reckless driving and this guys sent a mail to my house in Nj paterson but well I decided to go with them and they told me it can be downgraded to less so it 5 or 4 month, and they did I’m glad, if you get any ticket and requires court call this person from VA.10. Eric Livingston is the lawyer you want on your side in the courtroom.11. I got a speeding ticket for doing 13 over from the Podunk Emporia "Police" Department. I chose Mr. Livingston as my attorney because I admired his background and service to our community and country as a veteran and police officer for decades. I brought my information to Mr. Livingston, and he represented me on my behalf and got my charges dismissed. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend him going forward to anyone that experienced a traffic violation.12. As a felon I lost my gun rights due to my actions, I have had the privilege of knowing Attorney Livingston for over 5 years now and I knew that when it was time he would be the man I needed because he puts his clients first and always fights for them no matter the charge. I can say as of today 1/26/2022 he was able to get my gun rights back!!! His dedication to his clients and the law was on full display and he has taken such a burden off this veterans plate I have no way to thank him enough. I would honestly choose another firm i got a ticket out of state and the communication was horrible i had to constantly call and email to be able to get updates.
