I was dealing with a charge and even though I know I was innocent circumstantial evidence is what they tried to use. Scared I was cause I don’t do jail, he told me every single outcome ahead of time and he always kept me informed. I pray I never need him again but if I ever need another lawyer he will be my first and only phone call HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and his skills are amazing2. NEVER once spoke with the attorney. Office staff were rude and unhelpful. My auto accident/ticket should have been a slam dunk since my record was clean, took a DMV approved online driving course and the other vehicle was so undamaged and insurance claim was never filed it also takes this attorney two days to get back with the client regarding your case and even then you will get notification from the staff not the attorney.3. I got a ticket and was looking at points on my license. They not only took my case but provided up on when the court date was going to take place but was able to negotiate the best deal possible!Absolutely recommend them and if I ever get another ticket I will definitely contact them!4. Had my son speeding ticket dismissed!...normal office hours. Highly recommend Livingston law. However, and this is a big however, Nicole is part of the reason the case was successful. Hire more Nicole's, less Livingston's. 6. Good Job, Bad Staff Mr. Livingston is a very good criminal attorney. All charges thrown out. 3 stars because of the unresponsive staff. Mr. Livingston contacted me only once every 4 months. Staff inquires about me, I run around for them, and then Mr. Livingston does nothing with the information, then the cycle repeats. Listen to the people working for you lessening Nicole’s power or hiring more staff6. Always got the court's favor I had an incident where I was being charged with felony aggravated assault. I was not guilty, so I hired Mr. Livingston as my defense attorney. He is an excellent attorney, and throughout the process, I had never had any sleepless night. It was a hard journey, but at the end of the day, the judge threw every charge. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for the best defense attorney.7. A horrible experience with a one-time client and never want to go back.0 stars! He does not have a legal mind and has no knowledge or experience in criminal law. He just wants to sell his ideas to the poor people who need an attorney. If you ever meet him in his office, he will show you around and you will see pictures of his family yet they are not part of his life. He is very fake and does not even deserve to be called a lawyer. His performance was terrible and his hard work. He is the worst lawyer I have encountered. I was in prison for seven years, and I'm still fighting for my release, but all the judge and the prosecutor love him. 8. He does not work for his clients. Mr. Livingston represented me, and instead, he was for the judge and did not fight for me. He did not even follow the rules, only his. He did not even contact me to tell me what he was doing about the case. I had to call him to know the progress status of the case, and he told me he could not discuss anything with. He is a disservice to clients.9. He did me a disservice and made me lose a lot of property. If you are looking for an attorney, forget about him. He does not prioritize his client's problems. You will never hear anything from him even if you call him 20 times a day. He only wants your money and that is all. Do not waste your time with him.10. He is the best I was accused of having killed a police in a demonstration. I hired Mr. Livingston, and all evidence against me was mishandled, and I was able to walk out of jail. He’s a great attorney to hire because he will not disappoint you in any way. He managed the court process very well, and I got of jail in less than one year.
