Never know when you needs some advice.3. I propose that if you want to retain this practice for your legal defense, make sure you do NOT get Scarborough as a lawyer. This attorney needs to retire or have his license taken away. I have never been so embarrassed and shocked to see a lawyer do their job. He might have been a great attorney when he was younger. He told a judge today he wanted to submit evidence to the court that wasn't even his to submit. He would forget in the middle of his cross examination what he was going to ask the witness. It is time for this man to hang up his briefcase. Someone needs to get him tested see if he is even competent to even still be practicing law. If you have a lawyer and you meet with Scarborough you will have to go through your whole case from beginning to end every time. You constantly have to repeat yourself. He also doesn't subpoena the witness, he just has you try to get them yourself.
