Communication is horrible, so is the process of gathering your information. No one seems to know what the other one is doing, been dragging our case out for almost 3 years, very frustrating 8. Great Job 9. I just got off the phone with Morgan and Morgan case specialist the person who you tell what happened and why you need legal help. I called for very specific clear and accurate medical neglect and malpractice. They said they could not take my case. I asked further questions as to why and how has an attorney decided that because one has not seen or heard my case yet? She said that an attorney was listening to the conversation as I was telling her on the phone. I’m only posting this because if she is lying which probably is true she is lying your gate keeper is important. Lawyers have receptionist the receptionist are your gatekeepers and they hear the case before the attorneys do and often will shoot down multimillion dollar lawsuit because they’re not getting the money in their pocket but here’s what’s messed up if someone has a multimillion dollar lawsuit it’s because they have had severe damages that have negatively impacted their life, and their life will no longer be the same, and often there is a pattern where the victim is Divine and was hurt because of jealousy and envy by The person who hurt them. If attorneys listened on the phone as the case intake receptionist was asking me questions and details of my case there would be no need for her in the first place or them. The attorney would just do the case intake vs paying someone else to do it. 10. Excellent work 11. Nice to talk to and they continue to call you back. They want 40% of what is claimed vs the industry standard of 33%. 12. The process to complete necessary information is very straight forward, but obtaining documentation for proof, such as going back in past history of 10 years or more is difficult to obtain after switching health care providers. 13.
