We aim to build buildings that will support our communities' growth into the future. That building can be new, filling a gap in the urban fabric, or can fill in vacant spaces within a city. Renovating existing buildings can do the same. These two methods make use of infrastructure already there, like roads and schools, with the idea that responsible development needs to start now. The latter also allows for ultimate recycling and retains the beauty of the past. It also creates value for the future. The new buildings we make are quite holistic. Every single piece is meant to be meaningful, and when designing them, we need to consider the environment. Collaboration, communication, and culture are the primary drivers of our firm success. At WPA, we respect the people we work with and how we work together. Our project teams, regardless of size, bring fresh ideas and new perspectives. We have been committed to restoring historical structures since our inception. Our restoration philosophy relies on joy and plenty of curiosity with every building. These buildings have modern and clean modifications that are an alternative to the old buildings we are restoring. For the last twenty-five years, we have participated in both the Federal and State Tax Credit Programs. We have helped our clients find success in both.
