Amazing place with great people TL;DR I ordered envelopes, they didn’t give me what I ordered, and then they blamed me for the mistake because they “aren’t mindreaders.” I highly, highly recommend working with a different printer like VistaPrint or Staples. —— I’ve used this company several times. I knew they were more expensive than brick and mortar businesses like Staples but I was willing to support a small business. However, I had a very bad experience yesterday that pushes me to never do business with them again. I ordered 250 envelopes and 250 postcards two weeks ago. Last week, I wanted to order more envelopes. When I told a person this, he asked, “So you just want 6 x 9 postcards?” I said **I didn’t know the dimensions** and I’d need whatever I needed last time. He told me he probably still had 250 left because cases come in 500, and they don’t generally breakup cases. I said, “Great. I’ll take them.” The next day, I had a friend pick them up. I paid her to hand address 100 of the envelopes, which took 7 hours. When she dropped them off, I went to put the postcards in, but they didn’t fit! The printer did not provide me with the original postcards he claimed. He gave me 6 x 9 postcards instead. I called and explained everything and asked for 100 smaller postcards so they’d fit the envelopes, which they had wrongfully sold to me. They said they don’t think it’s right for them to take full responsibility. They said this was because they aren’t mindreaders. I told them I did not know if they were 6 x 9, just that I needed whatever they sold me. Instead of apologizing for not having the goods I ordered, he offered me a 50% discount on the new ones because they think it was half my fault. This company only saved around $50. I’ve spent more than $50 to support this local company. I found it ironic that I was willing to pay extra money to support Wythken because it was local, and they couldn’t spend an extra $50 to accept responsibility for their mistake. I am giving them 2 stars because their service has been good in the past. However, they sold me something I didn’t ask for and blamed me for it. I’m no longer supporting them, and I highly recommend that no one else does.
