I would highly recommend them. I am beyond frustrated with this law office and their handling of my late uncle and grandfather’s wrongful death case. They were killed in a car wreck that was not their fault, and this office was entrusted with representing our family during an already devastating time. When they passed, my mother was listed as the administrator of the account. My mother has since passed away, and I was told months ago that I would be made the administrator so the case could move forward. That has never happened. Instead, this office has done absolutely nothing while the case has been sitting idle. Communication is nearly impossible. Calls go unanswered, emails are ignored, and when I do manage to speak to someone, I am given vague, inconsistent, or unclear answers with no follow-through. I formally requested a copy of the case files to ensure everything is being handled properly. I was told the files would be provided. It has now been FIVE MONTHS, and I still have not received them. This level of inaction and lack of transparency is unacceptable, especially in a wrongful death case where a family deserves diligence, respect, and accountability. We trusted this office during one of the hardest times of our lives, and that trust has been completely broken. I would strongly caution anyone considering this firm to think carefully before moving forward. JWR A huge thank you to Crandall and Katt!! I was involved in a car accident a while ago and I'm so incredibly thankful I was able to be represented by this law firm. They wasted absolutely no time with handling my case, from contacting all the insurance providers involved, getting all of my medical records and medical bills, to negotiating with the at fault insurance company for a much more than fair settlement. The paralegals are extremely personable and are always available when you call to answer any questions. The last thing someone wants to do is to deal with the headache of handling their own case after they fall victim to a car accident, and it was such an extreme blessing to have a law firm that truly cares when you need them most. All of that being said, they are in the process of handling ANOTHER case of mine, so this is the second time I have had them represent me, and I am much more than satisfied already. He was very communicative throughout the process and always pleasant to work with. I appreciated how clearly he explained each step. The only downside was that the case took longer than expected to resolve, which was a bit frustrating at times, however Bill was always on top of things! Overall though, he was professional, knowledgeable, and I’m grateful for his support. I was very pleased with the results of my case against an impaired driver that hit me head-on.
