Mr. FARRIS allowed me to assign POA to my daughters when I was physically and mentally incapable of understanding nor remembering what I was doing. I was just three weeks following a major heart attack and just three days prior to hospitalization for being septic from UTI. This decision has allowed my daughters to destroy my life. They removed everything from my home, except large pieces of furniture, including clothes, food, contents of safe to include legal papers, money, jewelry and coin collection. I returned home from Rehab. only to find my house on the market for sale. No 83 year-old senior should have to deal with this. His. actions has resulted in destroying my life. None of my belongings have been returned to me. Police informed me it’s not a legal case because they had the POA. Home insurance will not cover any loss because they had the POA. Don’t take a chance of your life being destroyed as RAY FARRIS has done to my life. Since I did not hire him personally (my money paid his fee), Virginia Law does not allow me to press charges against him. Make sure you call the right person when you're calling a client. And don't call them 4 times in 2 hours after they've told you you're not that person. Glad we had Mr Farris to handle our wills for us very pleasan... Ray Ferris is a great attorney. He always calls back promptly, knows what he is doing and who he is dealing with, practical, and doesn't waste your time. He's also just a pretty great guy!
