Customer Feedback Snapshot Kalfus & Nachman, PC was a lot of wasted time. They dragged their feet for 14 months and then told us our case was a winnable case but they couldn't continue trying to get a settlement so we should call a new lawyer because they had nothing. They never even got a single offer and 12 months after the accident they asked if we still had the clothing the emts cut off. They kept having one excuse after another until they had nothing right after we came in person for an appointment. Somehow my husband was a pedestrian and got hit by a truck but the police officer didn't make an accident report at all because he was friends with the driver; a local nurse. Yet, about 9 months ago, Kalfus & Nachman told us that the police report had a lot of redacted information. I was in an accident not my fault and they assigned Stacey who would not take my calls or call me back. i was not informed about my claim. Two years later they settled and took about half my money. Stacey was under pressure from Greg to settle my case without taking the proper steps necessary. Stacey did not review any medical history, pictures, or documents pertinent to my case. There were arguments with the insurance company and I was called as a middle man for conversations between her and the insurance company. Kalfus and Nachman were trying to settle my case from the very beginning and refused to take it to court from the very beginning even after the insurance company refused to pay what was fair. I had to do all legwork and pressured Stacey to file papers with me. She told me there was one case pending ahead of mine and she would call me back. She did not. The case settled two weeks later.
