After six months of little communications we finally changed to Whiting Injury. Immediately Jason took the ball and ran with it. Within a few months our case was settled for more than I thought she could get. I can't say enough about the care and communication that Jason and his team did. This is the attorney for you! Competent, caring and concerned that is what you get at Whiting Injury Law. Our son was in a car accident. A driver became confused at an intersection and ran a red light. My son was coming through his green light and struck the vehicle. The driver and his insurance company indicated they agreed they were responsible for the damages, so we had no intention of getting legal representation. My son had minor injuries, scrapes, bruises, his thumb was split open and required stitches, soreness, etc... However, within 2 days of the accident, the driver's insurance company contacted my son and tried to get him to sign a settlement. At this point, we had no idea what the extent of his injuries were, if there would be lasting damage from his thumb injury, if it would get infected, require future medical intervention, etc... The fact that they contacted my 18-year-old son and attempted to get him to sign something within 2 days of the accident was a red flag to me. I reached out to Whiting Injury Law to see if this was normal. They took our case and represented my son with the insurance company. They were able to make certain that all of his medical issues were covered and get a very fair settlement for him as a result of the accident. Had my son signed the documents the other driver's insurance company tried to get him to sign, we can't be certain that even all of his medical expenses were fully covered. He did have to seek additional treatment after the initial hospital visit. It was a huge benefit to have the attorney advocating on our behalf. They were incredibly thorough and knew all of the right questions to ask and what my son was entitled to receive. They helped us navigate a scary and unknown situation with peace of mind. I would highly recommend their services. The team at Whiting are truly the best. They are patient and kind, and really take the time to break everything down for you so that you understand every step of the way.
