She fielded multiple calls with my random questions and was always so pleasant and informative. It is definitely a relief to have a competent attorney guiding and representing you through something so important. I've been calling for MONTHS and haven't even been able to get in contact with my lawyer. On top of that, the turnover rate is bad because I've had several different people handle my case due to lawyers leaving the company.
