I have called and called and called for 2 separate cases. Both have no resolution. I need help. No one will call me back. No one will help me resolve these matters. We are paying clients. It's not okay. 2. Nelson, McPherson Summers & Santos LC | Quality of Review: 5.0 | Customer Feedback Summary: I highly recommend Daniel Mowry! He and his assistant, Natosha, have been nothing but knowledgeable and helpful for more than a year now. Mr. Mowry represented me through a conflict divorce, custody case, child support arrears court, and debt settlement. I'm a domestic violence survivor and he is very good at seeing through tactics of others in that area. He has answered my desperate emails, even on holidays and weekends. I am forever grateful for this office and services I have received. 3. With two different lawyers. Both times my time was waisted. (I don’t know a nice way to put it). I’m sure they are qualified lawyers, just not sure if their business model includes focusing on tenable outcomes the client is requesting and working with immediacy to advise clients. That did not happen in my case. Simple put, finding out you can’t be or won’t be represented after investing weeks, time and money into services is disappointing at best. 4. Nelson, McPherson Summers & Santos LC | Quality of Review: 5.0 | Customer Feedback Summary: We used Mr. Cross for a custody and visitation hearing and would absolutely recommend him to others. He was thorough through all pretrial prep and cool and collected in the court room. We walked out with an order very closely resembling what I sought to start with - so we’re VERY pleased and relieved with the outcome. Definitely would recommend him to others! 5.
