Testimonials: 1. Absolutely 0 stars if I could. Didn’t even work with these people and they were rude. I sent in my story of what I needed help with and at the beginning of my message I wrote please read the whole thing and his message begins with “I didn’t read the whole thing.” Wow so professional. They are a joke. I’d represent myself before I’d ever get these clowns to do it!2. Mr. Brannock and his staff were very professional, courteous and helpful. Highly recommend!!3. So far I'm terribly disappointed with the way I've been treated. I can't get updates & the receptionists are extremely rude. I am taking notes of every call & the rude things I'm told each time. (Feb 13, 2025)I called this office on Feb 5, 2025. I left a voicemail. I was called back the next day, Feb 6, 2025 by Maggie, who told me it was "such short notice," & they needed to do a "conflict of interest check." I gave her a long list of names & organizations, which she asked for. She told me they "would take a week or more" to go over the list, that "we could find another lawyer" & "to keep looking." It really rubbed me the wrong way as this office had been specifically recommended to us by the lawyer who did the deed & will for our house - & this case pertains to that deed. This was a 17 minute conversation where I gave information on the case & was continually reminded they "had not yet taken the case," and asked "if I understood that." I was told to call back the following week if I had not heard from them. So I waited.The next week, Feb 13, 2025 came & they hadn't called, not once with a single update. I called their office to see what was going on & if they had done all checks. "Receptionist," as she insists on being called, refused to give me her name, when I was simply taking notes & writing down the time I called & asking who I had spoken with. The conversation was 4 minutes长。She was an older lady & said "I do not give out my name," repeatedly, in a hateful manner. I asked for her first initial, & she would not even give that. She was not polite at all, & then she hung up on me!The same day, I received a call from Maggie which lasted only 7 minutes. She did not even remember that we had spoken for almost 20 minutes the previous week! She was acting as if I had never called before, & I had to remind her that we had already gone over all the information, I had already given her a list of names to run her "conflict of interest" check. I asked if she had done that yet, & I still got no update! She said she would "flag the case" to Logan Bartley who is responsible for looking at cases & accepting them or not. She said that Logan wouldn't be back in the office until the following Monday (so another week would go by). She repeatedly emphasized that "you are welcome to check in with other attorneys," & "you can do a simple Google search online." I asked her if she was telling me she did not want to take our case, because it was being made clear to me that they did not want to help us. She said that "wasn't what she was saying," but then immediately continued reiterating that we should "keep looking for another attorney." She told me that I "should call multiple law offices at a time." I said that that is not how I operate, that I only call one attorney at a time so that I dont get confused about what info I've shared & who I've spoken to. And keep in mind, I've given this woman Maggie a lot of personal information for our case! All she told me was "Well that's your prerogative." So dismissive!So today, February 17, 2025视, I called this law office again to check in, as I was trying to get a phone appt set up with Logan Bartley. Miss No Name "Receptionist" answered & I immediately asked to speak to Maggie. She insisted I give her my name, and I said I couldn't do that because she would not give me hers. I asked her to simply transfer me to Maggie. She told me that I "might be someone that it would be inappropriate to speak to," & I said, I called last week & spoke to Maggie, you refused to give me your name. Do you remember me now?" She said that "yes, she remembered me." She refused to let me speak to Maggie directly & sent me to voicemail out of spite.Now we have been in contact with this office for 2 WEEKS. Logan Bartley, who I was promised a phone appointment with today, called me back within the hour simply to tell me that they were "unfortunately not accepting new clients." It took 2 WEEKS to tell me this!This law office is garbage! Do not recommend! One of the most unprofessional I've contacted!4. They are professional kind and they take the time to listen to you. I highly recommend Mr. Brannock and all of the fine Attorneys at this group.5. We worked with Randall Perdue to establish our LLC and to prepare our wills. He was very professional and his staff was very friendly and kind.6. I chose them to draw up some legal documents for me. Their services were very through and processed in a very timely manner. I throughly enjoyed the quality of their services and the friendliness of my lawyer and their staff.7. Mr. Gaisson will not accept phone calls or follow up on details of emails regarding my Mothers estate and the stolen/missing funds. I have been in touch with the court about this incompetence. The secretary is the rudest woman I've ever had to speak to.8. Thomas Bell of Timberlake/ Smith in Staunton, Virginia was hired for routine legal work. This should have taken days, maybe weeks. Nearly a year later, this case continues to be unresolved.Further complicating matters, we have been facing a potentially hostile party.长。
