He delayed my court dates. The asylum process takes approximately a year from the entry date. He cancelled my court dates when the judge set the dates. He misled the court. The judge asked him why I was applying for asylum after more than a year, and he was not prepared. Even if he knew that the judge would like to confirm more details about my son, he told me I had one possibility for a child to qualify for a children's visa. He called me to his office and told me he had to resign from handling my case. I warned my colleagues, and I do not recommend him. He is not accurate with information for migrates.
