DPT Diane established a lovely atmosphere and helped me with plantar fasciitis. She was joyful and positive and explained exercises technically when I wanted. Diane and the rest of the staff were attentive to all patients. Also, I highly recommend the entire clinic. I have just finished my physical therapy. It was a great journey. Everything from the first day to the last day was fantastic. The staff was professional, caring, and attentive. They listened to what I had to say and created a treatment crafted to address my issues and made me improve significantly. The therapists were knowledgeable, patient, and motivating. They made a significant impact on my recovery. The ambiance was clean, welcoming, and well-organised. I witnessed tremendous growth from the support I received during my therapy journey. I highly recommend physical therapy at this office. I appreciated the excellent care provided at Pivot. This has been one of the best experiences in patient care I have ever had. The three therapists I worked with were amazing, and I couldn't have asked for more. The entire team, including the front desk admin, are fantastic. They are friendly and always willing to help. Today, I completed 90 days of Physical Therapy at Pivot Sterling, having been diagnosed with arthritis in my hips, knees, and feet. Ashleigh Koepper and her team helped me to transition from a place where my pain controlled my movement, sitting, and sleep to now, where I am pain-free and have a routine for my work to ensure I maintain this freedom. The Pivot Team has a nurturing, encouraging, effective, and (when appropriate) challenging environment that I recommend to everyone. Ashleigh was fantastic! Excellent and professional work on my neck.
