Kindly don't waste your time.6. I paid a lot of money to Randy for a child custody battle, which failed, and am now regretting that I never saw these reviews before taking my case here. I can confirm that all that has been said here concerning the attorney are true. Randy Raines only spoke to me on the phone three times for less than 5 minutes each. His last communications were meant to arm-twist me to sign the rights of my child over to her father. When I explained that his approach was not working for me, he changed the documentation to hypothetical cases but still made me sign a three-year-old's rights to a known alcoholic and habitual drug user over to him. The poor child is now in the hands of the father, and I have seen him taking her to places where she is likely to be in danger. Raines does not care about the case, and all he wants is to get it off his table and get his check. If my child was a new car, her situation could be different now. I really want to see what they will list in the account statement when I have heard nothing from them (since more than a year ago), only making contact three weeks ago and only after emailing several times before the first reply. My case involves a fellow attorney of the other party, who has tried to reach Randy without success. To me, it’s strange for a law firm to take three weeks to prepare an account statement!!!I am completely unsatisfied by their services if any. I will totally give a negative review on every available platform about the poor service provided or lack of it. Depending on the charges I see on the statement, I may involve VA State Bar.
