Terrible. Never received battery for solar system. The positive reviews are fake. RUN DONT GO WITH NOBLE SOLAR. So nice on the phone and in person, don’t believe a word of it. Ass soon as they get your $$$ it’s all downhill. 2 years of stress and they haven’t fixed anything…crooks.

I can't begin to explain how irritating the non-responsiveness and lack of effort to do right by paying customers is, when purchasing a solar system from Noble Solar. It has been 8 plus months and counting after installation with no incentive check, or reimbursement for my out-of-pocket repairs for Noble Solars faulty electrical panel work. I have called, emailed, texted employees at Noble Solar only to receive run around responses, or none at all. From what I am told, the owner Sam Hampsch is only the person who can give the green light to send me my incentive check and repair money. I have requested a call from the owner and have not heard back. Sam, if you are reading this, please give me a call...I can't seem to reach you any other way. I would like my incentive check and no more excuses from your employees. Please make this right.

I wish I would have done a little more research before choosing this company. Solar was installed initially in October but failed city inspection for not submitting proper diagrams. Submitted proper paperwork then City failed for not up to code. Finally got it to pass inspection IN FEBRUARY after paying on the system since December. Now waiting on the PTO and the first year of payments... Yeah I received an email on a Friday stating "that due to unforeseen circumstances there will be another delay in my payment being processed". I have been waiting 6 months after installation and almost a year after signing the contract. I will say all employees have been respectful and apologetic but save yourself some frustration and look into another company!

I want to start by saying that I have had a positive experience with Justin, our salesperson, Heather, the office manager, project manager Nick, and master electrician Josh, who were all helpful throughout the installation process. However, I'm giving Noble Solar LLC. a one-star rating due to the extensive delays in gaining Permission To Operate (PTO), failing the initial county inspection, and the company's failure to deliver on promised incentives and breach of contract. Justin and Heather have been exceptional and have done everything possible to help us, but they were unable to deliver on the promises made by upper management. Specifically, the incentive check that was promised as part of the sales pitch still has not been received, and we've had to make three payments on our own. This is unacceptable. It took almost a year to get PTO, which is an unreasonably long time for a solar installation. Additionally, the installation failed the initial inspection by Fairfax County, which caused further delays and frustration. The process was made worse by the fact that four Noble Solar technicians visited my home, each with a different opinion of what the completed system should look like. This was a frustrating experience that wasted a lot of time. As of today, the system is up but I am unsure if it is to code with Virginia and Fairfax County. There were several good faith updates that were to be completed but have yet to be done. Overall, while I believe in the value of renewable energy and the quality of the Enphase system, I cannot recommend Noble Solar Inc. due to my negative experience with their upper management and the frustrating experience with the installation. Despite the efforts of Justin, Heather, Nick, and Josh, who did their best to assist us, the poor upper management is the cause of these issues. In the end, I would caution others to carefully consider their options before choosing Noble Solar Inc.

Their jingle “ Where we are working to make your life better” is so far from the truth . This business will not return any calls or emails. Once they have your money … you’re done. My electric bill prior to install averaged $109 / month. Since install close to a year in March 2023 . My bill has been climbing over $86/month . I can’t get answers or tech to service their panels or system. Customer service non existent. If someone does answer they’ll offer to take message, but no one will return call. The Virginia Attorney General should investigate for fraud.
