Sharon at the front desk is the best she takes time out of her day to go above and beyond for anything you may need and very easy to get ahold of throughout the whole process. Would HIGHLY recommend! As a victim of the baby daddy drama involving my daughter, He falsely filed an A&B complaint and Protective Order. We were able to take it to trial and get a verdict Not Guilty verdict and dismissal of the Protective Order. Ive learned how ridiculous the judicial system is by having a good lawyer helps navigate it. 5. Very professional, takes time to hear everything about your case, fights for his clients. Gets the best outcome for any and all charges. I would recommend hands down 6. Beau is clear and concise during his consultations. 7. Call this morning, the woman who answered the phone never said good morning, I had to say good morning and then she had a bad attitude. I can’t understand why people would want to work at the office and not understand that even if you have an issue that you should always say good morning because you’re representing a law firm. They did not give me a choice to say zero because I would’ve given her zero this makes a law firm look bad because her attitude represents the people that she is working for. She should be removed and replaced or she needs to learn just her attitude, and that’s just my opinion so therefore I hung up the phone and chose to write a review. I called back to give her another chance, and her attitude still the same so I explained to her that when you work for a law firm that you should say good morning, how can we help you and this is like excuse me, sir I said you can clearly Then she says well, I will tell so-and-so well I’m praying that this lady whatever is bothering her will be released off of her shoulders, 8. Very professional and will take care of you! He’s on speed dial if I should ever need him again. Thank you Beau! 9. Hands down the absolute best lawyer in the Shenandoah Valley area. This man is a well-knowledged, extremely sharp, and without a doubt a connoisseur in the law. Beau is, without a doubt, the best defense attorney in the area. He made sure I was well taken care of, I’ve never met someone so personable. I was always in the loop as well as my family. Both him and Mrs. Sharon are incredible and they truly care about their clients, they go above and beyond to make sure that things go as smoothly as possible for you and your loved ones during what is typically an extremely uncomfortable and scary situation. They saved my life, helped me to see a new way and that I was worth a second and even third chance.. LOVE them. I’ll always support them and tell everyone who comes to me to go to them first. 12. My husband, and I used Beau for a case that came upon my husband grossly, and unjustly two years after the initial case had been through. Beau was able to get all jail time thrown out, no fines, and one year of unsupervised probation- basically nothing. Beau was competent, honest, and very just. His pricing is reasonable for how highly credible he is. I would give him a million stars if I could. 13. WilliamAugust Bassler, PLC is Probably the best in this area for what he works with and offers. 14. Beau is, without a doubt, as competent an attorney as there is in the Winchester/Frederick/Clarke (and surrounding) area. I've seen him in action, and he is always on the top of my referral list when someone asks for a defense attorney in the northern Shenandoah Valley. Five Stars Hands Down. 15. Mr. Bassler is by far the best lawyer you can get in Winchester, VA. I had a traffic-related case, and he absolutely killed it! I did not expect this good of an outcome, and I cannot be more thankful. He was extremely dedicated and genuinely wanted to help me. The lengths that he went were unimaginable; you can tell he cares.
